B&D has one manufacturing facility equipped with the very latest cutting edge technology all directly linked to our CAD/CAM workstations.

The facility is equipped with CNC fixed head Lathes and Machining Centres offering up to 7-Axis machining and offers higher volume manufacturing with the latest CNC 9-Axis machines all featuring high pressure coolant, which greatly increases production.





B&D’s investment in new technologies has spearheaded many new manufacturing methods. With tolerances as high as 5 Microns and unrivalled repeatability B&D is one of Europe’s most respected manufactures of Aerospace components.

The loading for both workshops is controlled by a fully integrated bespoke ERP system affording us tremendous flexibility with strict production control.
