B&D has over 20 years specialist experience in high precision machining for the Aerospace Industry. B&D enjoy preferred supplier status with leading names in the aerospace Industry. B&D’s continual investment policy means it uses the most up to date technologies and production methods available.

B&D have two manufacturing facilities, both equipped with the very latest cutting edge technology all directly linked to our CAD/CAM workstations.
Factory One is equipped with CNC fixed head Lathes and Machining Centres offering up to 7-Axis machining across over twenty five machines.
Factory Two offers higher volume manufacturing with the latest cnc 9-axis machines all featuring high-pressure coolant, which greatly increases production.





B&D’s investment in new technologies has spearheaded many new manufacturing methods. With tolerances as high as 5 Microns and unrivalled repeatability B&D is one of Europe’s most respected manufactures of Aerospace components.

The loading for both workshops is controlled by a fully integrated bespoke ERP system affording us tremendous flexibility with strict production control.
