New Manufacturing Facility

B&D Patterns has recently moved into a new 10,000sq/ft precision machining facility. The new facility house 5 Star 9 axis sliding head machines and 5 new Mori Seki machines and also provides extra space for futher expansion This continual investment policy will keep B&D Patterns and its customers at the cutting edge of technology , the machines purchased are the latest from Mori Seiki , 1 x Duraturn 1530 Lathe 1 x NL2000MC Lathe 2 x NL2000SY Lathe 1 x Duravertical 5080 Vertical maching centre 1 x Duravertical 5100 with 4 axis Vertical machining centre These additional machines brings the total capacity of cnc machines to over 50. Record tempertures and enquiries meet B D Patterns at Farnborough this year, despite the highest temperture ever recorded 37c , (over 40c in hall 1), the customer keep coming.
