| Aluminium pipe fixtures are manufactured to customers’ own specifications and can be generated from Cadds data, master pipe
or co-ordinate measurements. |

These can include rigid and flexible pipe combinations, which present no problem to the team of highly skilled and experienced tool room personnel. The finished product is quality checked using the latest ITP co-ordinate measuring machine with a capacity of 2.5m x 1m x 1m. A fixture calibration service is also available to customer's original information and can form part of a lifetime fixture maintenance agreement. The use of our wide experience in fixture manufacture often means that we can assist customers in time saving measures on the fixture they require by the use of quick release mechanisms and orientating the pipe run for easiest operator access.
